This seems to be a topic that I’m seeing come up more frequently:

BBC News – Does Catholic celibacy contribute to child sex abuse?.

Men who may or may not have a high sex drive, who have vowed not to have sex, that live in a society that can’t stop talking about sex, but now work with many young innocent children… hmmmm.

Miserere – Psalm 51

Hey All,

When you have 10 minutes (I know, it’s not very “blogger-like” to take 10 minutes on a blog), listen to this song and read Psalm 51Open Link in New Window along with it. There are two parts to it. It is powerful. It was originally composed by Gregorio Allegri in the late 1700’s. Anecdotally, Mozart apparently heard this song only once or twice and was able to transcribe it from memory!

Here’s an interesting website I came across by accident:

2. The Face Game Defined.

This is the game which almost everyone plays (exceptions include infants, some retardates and schizophrenics, and Seers) in which the player pretends that he has a face where he has no face, that he is (at 0 inches) what he looks like (at, say 4 inches).
